Can I start with the free plan and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Start with Free and upgrade to any paid plan whenever you are ready. Your data, settings, and guest history carry over seamlessly.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Pro and Premium plans offer a 10% discount with annual billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time without penalty.

What counts as a reservation?

A reservation is any booking created through your bavoli booking page, dashboard, or other connected tools that is not cancelled. Each booking counts as one reservation regardless of party size.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan requires no credit card. You only need payment information when upgrading to a paid plan.

What does "Powered by bavoli" badge mean?

On the Free plan, your booking page displays a small "Powered by bavoli" badge. Professional and Premium plans remove the "Powered by bavoli" badge. Starter plans include the badge.

What happens if I exceed my monthly reservation limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time to accept more bookings.

Can I try Professional features before committing?

All new accounts start on the free plan with 50 reservations per month. You can upgrade to Starter or higher at any time from your dashboard.

How does Premium pricing work for multiple locations?

Premium is priced per location at $100/month ($90/month annual). Volume discounts are available: 5+ locations at $89/mo each, 15+ locations at $79/mo each, and 25+ locations receive custom pricing. Contact our sales team for a quote.
