Restaurant terrace at golden hour

We'll get the door.

Why bavoli exists

Restaurant software got sold to you in pieces, and the pieces that matter take a cut of every night's work. We think it should cost what software costs.

15-30%

what a delivery marketplace keeps of every order it hands to your kitchen.

$1

what bavoli charges on that same order, whether the ticket is $12 or $400.

$0

what we charge per cover, per guest, per text, or per phone call, at any volume.

Our revenue is the monthly plan, a flat dollar on pickup and delivery orders, and half a percent on dine-in QR orders. That is the whole list, and it shapes everything else here.

The system

Everything your guests need, in one place.

bavoli started as a reservation book. It now takes the orders, answers the phone, holds the menu, and runs the door. It does not replace your POS or your payroll. It replaces the vendors sitting between you and your guests.

01 · The orders

Pickup, delivery, and table six.

Guests order from your own bavoli page for pickup or delivery, or from a QR code at the table. bavoli charges a flat dollar on pickup and delivery and half a percent at the table. Your guest covers it at checkout unless you'd rather absorb it, and your restaurant keeps the full menu price either way.

02 · The phone

Every call answered, even at 6 AM on a Tuesday.

The phone rings during the rush, after close, in languages you don't speak. bavoli picks up, checks the book, takes the reservation, and texts the guest a confirmation while your team works the room.

03 · The book

The book fills itself.

Guests book from your own page, your Instagram bio, or your Google profile. Reminders go out by text, card holds keep the no-shows honest, and every booking lands in one book.

04 · The door

One screen runs the room.

Tonight's book, the floor, and the walk-in line on a single screen at the host stand. Seat a party in one tap. Text the next one when their table opens.

05 · The menu

One menu, everywhere it is needed.

Send us the PDF you already have and we turn it into a menu guests can search and filter, on your own link and on your ordering page. Ran out of the branzino? 86 it from your phone and it greys out everywhere, instantly.

The bill it replaces

Five vendors, or one.

This is the guest-facing stack a typical independent restaurant pays for, at the prices those companies publish themselves. Card processing sits outside both columns: it goes to the card networks either way, and on bavoli your guest covers it at checkout.

The $1,116 basket is OpenTable Core at $299, ChowNow Grow at $319 billed annually, Slang.ai Core at $399, and GoTab Pro at $99, each one the price that company publishes, checked on 29 August 2026.
