How do I change my plan?

Go to Settings in your dashboard and select the plan you'd like to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel from Settings in your dashboard. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll still be able to export your data for 30 days. We don't believe in making it hard to leave.
